we sent our application to cio june 14, 2010, during that time the current profession of my husband, which is the principal applicant, is 4121 university professor of the old listing, though he is a registered nurse here in the philippines. when we received our file number for our application, his current job is not listed anymore, but mine is, which is 3113 dentist. we received our file number october 2010 and up to now we haven't received any feedback yet, is it possible that the reason might be due to the changes that happened in the occupational listing? will it be a possible reason for a visa denial?
