I am PR of canada and my husband work permit expires in oct ,,he is on visitor record at the moment ...He recieve an letter from immigration stating that they want him to appear for interview...any idea what is the waiting time for the Interview in Buffalo ??
My sister is applying to stay here as she is blind and mentally incapable of looking after herself. Her last remaining parent died and so she came back here with me last May. We applied immediately and they found a spot on her lung. Will she still be able to stay. We applied under compassionate grounds and if she cant stay I will have to return to England with her. I am a canadian citizen and have been here 33 years.

spot in lung is not a big problem. My friend having a spot in lung went to canada last year on study visa. Although he got refused 2 times before on the basis of his lung problem but he got treatment
