Make a letter yourself and notarized to any lawyer. Some lawyer u can pay only for $20 to $30 depends on your provide lawyer. It's just notarized anyway. U can do one letter and copy the other one for yourself. Then u can submit the letter to the person u want to invite and submit all the requirements to the nearest visa office.
If your husband's income qualified to sponsors yes it's possible. As long as you promise to provide everything including the medical insurance, food and live to your home.
Yes it is. I notarized mine to sponsor my parents. It's way faster to sponsor no questioning and it's only 4 weeks in process to get super visa. Maybe it's not necessary. Why not take a risk it's not that expensive.
Sponsoring girlfriend is Impossible. Unless she will apply as a tourist by herself. Because there is a tendency that u will marrying her. Or she can apply working visa as a chef. It is highly demanding job in Canada.

I have my transcript and recommendation from my school which shows that am a current student and am to graduate this August with my MA degree. I want to know if its possible to have the visitor visa to Canada.

I'm a permanent resident in Canada and wants to invite my mother to visit here. My husband and I were working except that I'm on Maternity Leave right now. I live with my husband and my 2 kids but we don't own a property, we were just renting a four-plex with two bedroom. My question is do you think that would affect our application for visit visa for my mother considering that we want her to stay in our home not in a hotel?
As per my opinion it will not effect your case. Your case is strong as your mother is coming to take care of you during your maternity period

Dont mention that you are not going to support their living expenses during this visit. Just mention that you will be responsible for residence.

I am a canadian permanent resident for over 2 years, and I will get married this summer so I would like to invite my parents, brother and friends for the event. My sister and I had a Refugie case about 6 years ago here in Canada that end it up in an deportation order for both of us. I got the permition to return as a permanent resident but my sister didnt applied for it so she is still an inadmissible person so she wont come for the wedding. Make a letter yourself and notarized to any lawyer. Some lawyer u can pay only for $20 to $30 depends on your provide lawyer. It's just notarized anyway. U can do one letter and copy the other one for yourself. Then u can submit the letter to the person u want to invite and submit all the requirements to the nearest visa office.
If your husband's income qualified to sponsors yes it's possible. As long as you promise to provide everything including the medical insurance, food and live to your home.

Yes it is. I notarized mine to sponsor my parents. It's way faster to sponsor no questioning and it's only 4 weeks in process to get super visa. Maybe it's not necessary. Why not take a risk it's not that expensive.

Sponsoring girlfriend is Impossible. Unless she will apply as a tourist by herself. Because there is a tendency that u will marrying her. Or she can apply working visa as a chef. It is highly demanding job in Canada.
