But what is the procedure of application for immigration to canada?
ReplyDeleteDear Anonymous!
ReplyDeleteEach Canadian High Commission has same process about receiving applications. But the processing time of each Canadian High Commission is different. In case of Pakistan and India, It may be vary from 5 to 6 years for the applicants who applied before February 2008. But those applicants who applied in 2006 and 2007 are now contacted by CHC Islamabad that whether they are still interested in their immigration case.
This was done right after the visit of canadian immigration minster to Pakistan and India and in his visit he said that the immigration process will be expedited now. This shows that they are expediting applications and reducing immigration time
your list does not mention NOC codes for computer programmers/Analysts/Software engineers. Does it mean that they are not required anymore in Canada immigration?

Dear Sir/Madam,
ReplyDeleteMy name is Muhammad Abdou. I am a student at the final year Faculty of Medicine, Alexandria University.
I am interested in immigration to Canada and want to apply as soon as I graduate. I know about the point system, but I still have some questions:
How many points will I get for my Egyptian medical degree (bachelor)?
What is the document needed to get the full mark in English as a first language (16 points)?
What are the documents needed to get 6 and 8 points in French as a second language?
If I get the MRCS (Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons, England) how many points will I get?
I can speak German, so how many points will I get if I get the (KDS) certificate of Goethe Institute (Kleiner Deutschsprachdiplom - Lesser German Language Diploma )?
If I am refused after application for the first time, when will I be able to apply again?
Thanks for your cooperation,
Muhammad Abdou

ReplyDeletehello,
ReplyDeletei am from Pakistan. I work as Language instructor in a local firm which is a group of companies. I here give the language training to the up-coming employees and the ones already working within the company in all the seven cities of country. Since English is not our first language , so i take care of English skills of the people working in the company. The company basically deals in international forwarding and logistics and they hire me 7 years back as language instructor. I have applied for the Canadian immigration under skilled worker program. Initially my application has been accepted and they have asked me to send my original doc to Islamabad office. My qualification is Masters in English.do you think its a complicated case?
What do you think are the chances for my getting visa.
thanks for reply.
