Canadian Immigration Cap 2011-2012


The new immigration cap is 10,000 for new Federal Skilled Worker applications who have no offer of arranged employment. Inside the 10,000 cap, 500 of maximum new Federal Skilled Worker applications for each National Occupation Classification or NOC code will be consider for processing each year.

The cap year will effective from 1st July 2011 and end on 30th June 2012. Resulting years will be calculated from 1st July to 30th June, apart from any further indication in a future Ministerial Instruction.

    We are from India now living and working in ireland. we applied for Canada immigration on August 2011 as Registered Nurse, we didn't get any response from Canada immigration department. may i know any one who applied on August and received any letter from them? thanks

    i have send my file for Canada immigration on 25th of October as pharmacist and till now i didn't receive my file number although my all friends receive exactly after 3 months of sending papers

    i send my application on noc 4152 on jan 13th 2012 but got returned on march 3rd will noc 4152 will fall under the next upcoming list.Do anyone have any inforation on that and anything about the rule changes

  9. i am a refugee in khartoum with out a refuge status i flee to with three children pregnant unable to go to refuge camp but i do have private sponsor to canada do they accept me i already have file number
