As of April 2010, all immigrants files are shifted from CHC Islamabad to CHC London.... Whats new about processing times????

I want to know how much further will it takes. My application includes all supporting documents which they require. I have 4 dependent children but my elder son will become 22 on 29th. march 2011. He is student of Mechanical Eng. in 3rd.year. I want to ask if he will remain as a dependent child if he crosses 22nd. birthday with continues education.

I read another site CHC agreement with TCS for delevery of letter, first they call given number then deliver letter.

I have applied my application in Aug 2004 and file has been transferred to cic London on 30 June 2010, now cic London required me all documents including my IELTS original result sheet within the 3 months time limit. Although I have already submitted original copy of IELTS in March 2008. Therefore, I need to know that should I provide my fresh IELTS result or CIC London will accept my previous one. Applied thru Isalamabad, document update request received in Dec 2009 sent documents by Jan then received medical request in March 2010 sent medical in april 2010 and till now silence again. files are shifted to London, What else worse could be happen ???

My husband has sponsored for my visa. the visa process started on 23rd june 2010. till last year the website stated 9 months for processing. this website is recently updated and now the time is given 21 months. i want to know if this current time is for the cases that they started to get this year i.e 2011 or will it apply to previous cases as well. please let me know this!!
ReplyDeleteI applied in 2008, which means i should simply sleep over it or i should start exploring new avenues since this canadian immigration thing doesnt seem to work. It is insane to give such long dates. How do they expect one to plan his or her career?. I hope they hire more people to go through the files and get on with their decisions. According to Courier Service tracking system.
Now till I have no response from CIC Islamabad. According to their website work permit processing time is about 16 weeks. This week is 18th week of my application. My all original documents and passport are stack in CIC Islamabad. How I know my application status ............Is any one have any Idea ?

ReplyDeleteI contact different consultant on telephonically for backlog 2005 cases, they have not satisfy answer, and every consultant have different opinion.
Some Indian applicant’s thought, CIC make plan 2005 to above applicant’s fee return with application.
Some said B-046 serious process and upper backlog applicant return.
Some says CIC policy clear next month July 2011 for backlog.
New information, CHC London has quota 2500 for one year Skilled Class applicants.

ReplyDeleteIt is only game of their need in particular job category. I have an example of myself comparing with one of my friend.
I applied in 2009 and in 2010 i got the news that your applications has been transfered to UK. Till then it is saying its under process.
Now on the other hand one of my friend applied in Feb 2011 and now he is through with his medical and all stuff only waiting for the visa process.
My category is related to telecommunication/IT.
And my friend has applied in the category of dentist as a doctor.
So it simply clears the picture that due to their back log they have screwed up things. because the time when a person applies for a particualr field and they have not been able to process it in timely manner, NEED for that particular profession dies and new things arrises. Its not only we, the ppl from all over the world are applying.
Also their govt system observes that what actual need is and what is better for their country. keeping such views in front they have also put a CAP for all the professions which are now in place. And before that CAP thingiii they squeze the categories as well according to their need.
You all are requested to participate in canadian immigration level and mix

Regarding IELTS, the required band is Listening 7.5, reading 6.5, speaking 6.5, writing 6.5, its not about overall band, it must be scored individualy. But if your spouse has bachelor degree then there is a little bit relaxation in IELTS score... This is for general IELTS Only
