The Canadian government has recently issued a blacklist of fake immigration consultants in Pakistan. This list includes the details of hundreds of bogus Pakistani immigration agents and consultants operating mainly in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi using different names. This is a word of warning for Pakistani nationals to only apply for Canadian Immigration or work permits with CSIC licensed immigration agents only.
As many as 45 percent of the supposed immigration agents who promote their Canadian Immigration services in Pakistan are involved in fake activities which ultimately result into loss of clients money and time and leave their customers without authorized Canadian immigration visas.
The chairman of the Canadian Trade Council for South Asia held press conference advice Pakistani citizens to file their Canada Immigration case through authorized agents holding licenses of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC).
The populace of Canada has grown-up to more than 34 million and the government is eager to support better levels of skilled immigration. The Canadian immigrants’ intake has been set at 250,000 immigrants yearly.

Well, there is no guaranty for licensed consultants to be fraud in Pakistan. I am trying to see the license requirement. Although, what I have found till now that you have to go to one of those authorized schools in Canada. Means, charging money for nothing. If a Pakistanis are capable and can do this like they are doing for other countries, they must be respected for providing their knowledge to people so people can immigrate to Canada. Knowledge must not be disrespected for not having connections with particular country.
ReplyDeleteWhat really requires to regulate Pakistanis is must be a Pakistani licenses not foreign licenses. Regulating Pakistani in Pakistan means intervening in a government affairs of Pakistan. And, for this reason CSIC is susceptible for law suits in Pakistan.
Always check the website of Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants website if the name of the consultant is listed on it or not. If name of the consultant is not in the list, chances are you will be ripped off your money. Protect yourself and hire only a member of Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC)
ReplyDeletei have studied in america and UK. just for a learning experience I visited most of the student and immigration consultants, and found that most of them r using fake documents and most of them are the one, who have themselves failed in getting immigration. and by being refused, they learned and make it their business and career. Their intention is to take your money regardless of if the clint get immigration or study visa or not.In fact, they know approval rate is very low, almost like winning a lottery, therefore , they must make money asap. always ask, how much it will cost you, incase of no visa. once a person is black listed his chances are over for full life, no money willl be able to compensate for it.

FIA team RAID AT FAKE CONSULTANCY OFFICE IN BAHADURABAD AREA
ReplyDeleteKarachi: A team of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Saturday raided fake consultancy in Bahadurabad area, running under the name of Johar Consultancy, located in Bahadurabad.
Anti Human Trafficking cell of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), headed by sub inspector Hubdaar Ali raided at Johar consultancy office and arrested Farooq Bangash and Mehmood Ali
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) team also took fake documents in custody.
Johar Consultants in Karachi are big fraudsters. They offer fake jobs, prepare fake documents and submit bogus cases. They are not listed on CSIC website and several complaints against the Johar Consultancy received to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in Karachi. Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) sub Inspector Hubdaar Ali told the reporter.
Sub Inspector Hubdaar Ali told in detail that on the directives of Additional Director Azad Khan, he conducted a raid on Johar Consultancy, located in Marium Complex at Bahadurshah Zafar Road karachi two culprits has been arrested and number of fake documents, stamps and fake bank statemend has been recovered from its office.
FIA inspector told that owner Johar Ali lives in Canada, they are used to published advertise in different newspapers for Canadian immigration with IELTS and they charge for preparation for fake documents and process fee Rs.400,000/- to Rs.600,000/-.
FIA Subs Inspector Hubdaar Ali said that Johar Ali and his consultancy never provide copies of application forms, supporting documents to applicant. They have been shifting offices many times since April 2009. Johar Ali, owner of the Johar Consultancy is available on SKYPE but responding as per his desires. Johar Consultancy is fabricating supporting documents and other instruments like bank statement, Employer experience certificate by demanding clients to provide new moveable landline number to be used in employer letter head for fake verification.

ReplyDeleteNot all of them are FAKE but sadly there are many who pretends to be such as FUTURE CONCERN as one of the largest GHOST/FAKE consultants in Lahore with pretty extensive newspaper ads each weeks.

ReplyDeleteI personally know about johar consultant since 18 years, after departure the owner of the johar Consultant from Pakistan, the corrupt employees destroy the base of johar consultant. Habdar ali zardari and azad khan demand money from johar consultant and when they not got the money, they tried to black-male him, do fake raid on his office and also make fake stamps by them-selves, these type of officers are doing inglorious acts therefore lot of businessmen are forced to finished their business, Johar consultant is a high profile company

Mr Qamar Zia of Agile Resource pvt Limited in Lahore is also a fake Consultant for Denmark they Take 30,000 in advance and create a real an ID on Denish Embassy site and then the person is bound to give full fee of 120,000 but the fee is never updated on the website and then there is never ending wait for the reply from Denish Embassy. When Agile Resource pvt is asked about the fee updation on the site even after one or two year they harass their client, the police of that area also protect them. Can anybody tell me where I should complaint against them?

ReplyDeleteNo CSIC any more friends. The Consultant has to be a member of ICCRC (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council). Check Check Check. Check the name of the consultant on ICCRC website. If they are not listed, they are unable to provide quality service.
